Booking & Reservations
Making a Booking
All bookings must be made through our official channels. When you make a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.
Changes to Bookings
You may request changes to your booking subject to availability. Changes must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Additional charges may apply for modifications.
Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Bank transfers
- Digital payment platforms
- Cash (for in person transactions only)
All prices are quoted in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings.
Late Payments
Late payments may result in suspension of services. A late fee of 5% per month may be applied to overdue accounts.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your booking according to the following terms:
- More than 7 days before scheduled date: Full refund minus processing fee
- 3-7 days before scheduled date: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before scheduled date: No refund
Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances, equipment failure, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.
Please read our cancellation policy carefully. Cancellations made less than 3 days before your scheduled date are non-refundable.
Equipment Use & Care
If our services include the use of equipment, you agree to:
- Use equipment only for its intended purpose
- Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided
- Report any damage or malfunction immediately
- Return equipment in the same condition as received
You are responsible for any loss or damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear. You may be charged the full replacement cost for lost or severely damaged items.
Liability & Insurance
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Insurance Coverage
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. However, we strongly recommend that you obtain your own insurance coverage for personal belongings and any activities undertaken using our services.
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of others affected by your use of our services. You must follow all safety instructions and report any hazards immediately.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Labor disputes, strikes, or lockouts
- Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies
- Telecommunications or power failures
In the event of a force majeure situation, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or reschedule services.

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our services without our prior written permission.
Dispute Resolution
